The entire production process takes place in the Czech Republic - from graphic design, through printing and sewing. How long does production take?

• It is a product that is designed, printed and sewn to fit each customer. For this reason, it is necessary to expect a longer delivery time , which can vary between 4-12 weeks , depending on the current volume of orders.

Can the product be exchanged or returned?

• Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned.

I have an atypical figure and I need to tailor the product completely, is this possible?

• We sew on the basis of ready-made tables, which are listed on the website. We carry out cut adjustments quite exceptionally, according to possibilities and after prior agreement with the customer.

I am interested in multiple pieces with the same graphic, is it possible to apply a quantity discount?

• We grant quantity discounts by prior arrangement, in the amount according to the adequate quantity and type of the given order. So it is possible.
